FH Europe is a young yet very successful, energetic and ambitious Patient Network.

We represent 24, soon to be 25, patient organizations across the whole of Europe and are still growing. As a Network, we are actively working together to secure early identification and diagnosis of familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) and other inherited/genetic lipid conditions to prevent early cardiovascular disease (CVD).

We aim to collaboratively influence research and policy, increase awareness of these conditions and educate people about healthy options to save lives and keep families together.

To do this we collaborate with key international institutions like the World Heart Organization, EURORDIS (rare disease patient organisations) and the European Atherosclerosis Society, as well as locally with national patient organisations.

As we are currently entering a new and an exciting phase in our organisation’s life, we are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated and visionary Trustees, who will help us overcome challenges and achieve our aims!
